To ensure the best possible performance in winter conditions Shimano have equipped the shoes with a DRYSHIELD® membrane that keeps water, mud and cold winds from getting inside and with a fleece lining embracing your foot you'll also enjoy unrivalled warmth as temperatures drop. Speed lacing closure makes it easy to dial in the perfect fit and there's a lace flap to bring additional weather protection. An additional single Velcro strap towards the top of the foot allows you to snug the shoe down further.  The two-bolt SPD cleat compatible sole ensures you can clip into your MTB pedals with ease and if you do have to hop off and push, then the durable rubber outsole provides plenty of grip.
