Online we currently accept payment from the methods listed above including a wide range of finance options. In store we also accept payment in the form of cash and gift vouchers.

Paying by V12 Finance

In order to get the kit you want, when you need it, without ruining the family finances we offer a highly flexible range of finance options to help you get the best products on your bike now rather than at the end of the season when you've saved up the cash to make the purchase. There are even interest free options which effectively spread the cost without costing you any extra.

How Do I Apply for Finance?

  1. Add products to your cart and proceed to the checkout.
  2. Select "V12 Finance" and choose from one of the available plans. We have several terms available over 6, 10, 12, 24, 36, or 48 months, you will only be able to select the payment terms applicable depending on the value of your order. Some product exclusions may apply.
  3. You can also increase your deposit if you wish to make your monthly payments lower.
  4. You will then be diverted to the application form for your Finance plan. Enter all of the information that is applicable to you, including your deposit payment details.
  5. The finance company will process your application and once accepted, we will receive notification. We will process your order once we have received notification that your application has been successful.

Finance FAQs

Can I have my order delivered to a different address than my application?

No, unfortunately all finance orders must be delivered to the finance application address.

Who is eligible to apply for online finance?

To apply for finance, you must be 18 or over, you or your partner need to be in permanent paid employment, self-employed, retired and receiving a pension, working student in part time work or in receipt of a disability benefit. Must have been a resident in the UK for at least 3 years (excludes residents of Guernsey/Isle of Man). You must have a debit or credit card in your name, which is registered to your address, in order to pay for the deposit and, you must have a Bank or Building Society current account for the direct debit payments.

What happens after my application is approved?

You should carefully check through the credit agreement to ensure you are happy with the terms, then follow the instructions for signature. We will be notified that the agreement is complete and process your order. Goods will not be allocated until we receive the completion notification.

Declined Applications

What finance options will I get?

Once you have proceeded to the checkout and selected Pay by V12, the full list of finance products and deposits options will show in the drop-down menus.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a minimum 10% deposit will need to be paid upon acceptance.

When will my payments start?

Typically, payments will start 30 days from the date the goods were shipped to you.

Can I change my payment date?

Yes, you can change your payment date by telephoning V12Finance's customer services team on 029 2046 8900.

Can I change my direct debit details?

Yes. Any change to bank or account details can be changed by telephoning V12 Finance's customer services team on 02920 468900.

How do I change my address and contact details?

To update your details, you need to contact V12 Finance customer service team on 02920 468900.

Can I make additional payments into my account, and will my monthly instalments decrease?

Yes, you can make additional payments by debit card or cheque. You monthly instalments to V12 will reduce however the term of you loan will remain the same. You can also pay the agreement off in full if desired by telephoning V12 Finance's customer services team on 02920 468900.

Can I pay off my loan early?

You can pay off your loan agreement at any time. Contact V12 Retail Finance on 02920 468900 and they will calculate a settlement figure. This will be calculated in line with the Consumer Credit Act.

What are my rights to cancel or return goods ordered?

Cooling off period

Your 14 day cooling off period starts the day after your e-signature is completed on the finance agreement.
