The Elite Custom Race Plus Resin Bottle Cage is lightweight at just 40g and has been designed to securely hold the bottle in place and ease installation and removal. The cage has been designed to hold the bottle higher up for a firmer grip while the front elastomer insert self-adjusts for different bottle diameters. The FRP structure is also highly durable and exceptionally finished.

- By increasing the size and changing the alignment of the tension rubber Elite were able to eliminate the 'bottle creep' that could affect the old design in gritty conditions
- Reshaping the sides has also allowed greater flexibility in bottle insertion and reduced binding during removal
