USE Hi-Rise CarbonExtensions are compatible with USE TULA bars, Boost bars and R1 bars, O/D is 22.2mm and are available in 40 and 50 degree bends.

They have a 3K carbon weavefinish, hole for the shifter cables, and are supplied with black Aluminium inserts if using Tula or Boost Bars.

Extremely light and versatile, competitively priced carbon aero bars. Designed to adopt the "preying mantis" style 'hands-up' approach to TT position, they work very well and are pretty comfortable. Each bar comes with a small slot down from the end to help route cables, and an end plug if you are just using them as clip ons for a road bike.
