The Shimano Alivio SL-M3100 shift lever provides quick lever access and light and responsive shifting for 2x9-speed mountain bike drivetrains. The Rapidfire Plus Mono lever features 2Way-Release, which allows for relief shifts by either pull of the index finger or push of the thumb.
