The Amflow TL Carbon Full Suspension e-Bike - 2027 is a light and versatile e-bike for trails, daily travel and loaded tours. Its full-carbon frame, Avinox M2 motor and removable 800 Wh battery combine strong support with easy handling. SmoothShift electronic shifting changes gear without the need to pedal, while the full suspension helps maintain control on rough ground.
Key Features and Benefits:
- Avinox SmoothShift electronic shifting: The system detects each shift command and uses the motor to turn the cassette, so it can change gear without pedal input. Motor torque drops during each shift to reduce shock through the chain and provide smooth changes under load.
- Avinox M2 drive unit: The mid-drive motor supplies up to 125Nm of torque and 1100W of peak power. This gives firm support on steep climbs and when carrying luggage, while its compact position keeps weight centred for stable handling.
- Removable 800Wh battery: The high-capacity battery supports long rides and can be removed with one hand for charging, transport or replacement. A removable design also makes it easier to store the battery indoors when the bike is not in use.
- Modular battery system: The standard battery can be paired with an optional 480 Wh secondary battery for up to 1280 Wh of total capacity. This gives you more scope for long tours without relying on frequent charging stops.
- Lightweight full-carbon frame: The 2.9 kg carbon frame helps keep the complete bike weight to around 22.6 kg. Lower weight makes the bike easier to steer on trails and simpler to handle when parking, loading or moving it by hand.
- FOX full suspension system: The bike uses 120 mm of front travel and 105 mm of rear travel to absorb roots, rough tracks and damaged road surfaces. This helps the tyres stay in contact with the ground and keeps luggage more stable over uneven terrain.
- High load capacity and integrated racks: The bike supports a total system weight of up to 200 kg, including the rider, bike and luggage. Its rear rack can carry up to 27 kg, while an optional front rack can hold up to 20 kg for practical daily or touring use.
- Integrated smart controls: The Avinox system supports offline navigation, Apple Find My, heart-rate-based assistance and compatible DJI Osmo cameras. These tools place route data, bike tracking and ride controls within the display and Avinox Ride app.
The TL Carbon provides one bike for off-road routes, longer trips and routine transport. Its suspension and centred motor weight support controlled handling, while the racks and high load rating make it suitable for carrying kit. The removable battery and electronic gears also reduce the effort needed to manage long or demanding rides.

A bike has to go though a Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI Check) prior to despatch, ensuring the bike is thoroughly checked and set up prior to you receiving. This also means an express delivery service is unavailable. We strive to despatch bikes within 3-5 working days.
