Product Maintenance Data Assistant Team Member

Due to continued growth in the business and exciting future plans we are looking for a member of staff to join our Product Maintenance Department, where the duties will include;

• Maintenance of our database of products
  The team are responsible for maintaining products within a database using information from suppliers, prices and availability for our sales teams and e-commerce platforms to use
• Population of our systems with new products
  We also create new products on the database for the merchandising team to put in front of customers via all of the sales channels available to us
• Fast paced and dynamic atmosphere
  The competitive nature of the business means no day is the same, being the first to market or prioritising prices to maximise revenue and margin is a constantly evolving task

• You should possess
• A great working knowledge of excel
• A can do attitude with a high level of attention to detail
• Whilst an advantage, an interest in one or more parts of our product range isn’t essential as we train on the job to help the right candidate

Purchasing Executive

We currently require a new team player to join our existing Replenishment Team.

• Duties will include:
• Placing orders on a daily basis
• Progressing orders and updating the system
• Liaising both internally and externally with suppliers and customers
• Arranging parcel and pallet collections
• Elements of stock management
• Liaising with the warehouse to manage incoming large deliveries

Applicants should possess a flexible, hardworking, "can do" attitude with good communications skills and be computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Excel. Previous experience within the purchasing/replenishment role would be advantage.
