The Shimano 9-speed compatible Sora triple front derailleur delivers great value for all road riders. The wide pivot link increases rigidity while reducing flex for improved shifting response allowing the gear change to be smoother and sharper.

Multi clamp band to fit 28.6, 31.8 and 34.9 mm frame tubes.
Long pull arm for light action spring reduces effort required to actuate shifts

Fits my existing replacement!

It's adequate for the price, though I was disappointed that the derailleur was a poorer quality than my old Shimano Tiagra I was hoping to replace. It's a combination of metal and plastic, and the chain cage is riveted together. It means that you can't fit the derailleur through your existing chain (unless you have a speed link) to take apart your chain.
