Not to be confused with the George Clooney film "Solaris" the Solara shoe from Giro is designed for riders who are looking at going that little bit further than before or who want to join their local cycling club. If you are looking for a shoe with premium features but without the premium price tag then the Giro Solara are the shoes you need to focus your attention on. They feature a high quality upper which is constructed from a breathable micro-fibre and is home to a ratcheting buckle closure system as well as 2 hook and loop strap with offset D-Ring loops at the mid foot point which gives a secure and comfortable fit.
The DuPont Zytol nylon out sole gives great power transfer through to the pedals and with the EVA molded foot bed you get an extremely comfortable shoe in which to clock up those miles in.
