The upper of the RX8s is a one-piece synthetic leather construction, wrapping the foot snugly and holding the foot stable as you pedal - it delivers all-day comfort and performance in equal measure. Shimano's DYNALAST design conforms to your foot shape to eliminate hotspots and it ensures you have natural and smooth pedalling motion, even across rough terrain.  To ensure the best possible fit Shimano have equipped the RX8’s with a BOA IP1 dial with 1mm micro-adjustment and single velcro toe-strap so you can find your perfect fit.

Underneath the shoes feature a stiff carbon composite sole that ensures all your watts are efficiently transferred to the pedals with little waste. The sole unit also features stripped back TPU lugs, reducing overall shoe weight while still maintaining sure-footed performance when you're off the bike. With their two-bolt MTB pedal compatibility, you're also assured of the best pedalling efficiency and stability as you zip from gravel to road and back to gravel again. The shoes are finished with subtle reflective detailing on the heel for added visibility in low light conditions.
