The Rock ‘n’ Roll Absolute Dry Chain Lubricant is designed for use on road bikes over spring, summer and autumn. It is not as persistent as the blue Extreme lube, but this not meant for winter use.

This is a PTFE based chain lube that goes deep down into the chain and traps any dirt. Then, with the energy of the chain freewheeling backwards, the dirt and grit floats to the surface so you can wipe it all off, leaving a new and clean application of lube inside the chain, where it’s needed. The lube down inside the chain creates a protective membrane to seal out dirt and moisture from the moving parts of the chain. Holding in place the best lube on the planet, for longer chain life, super smooth shifting and pedaling.

Best bike lubricant around

Having used Squirt Lube for the last few years I thought I'd give this a go as it was on offer. It certainly is different to anything else I've used before, it goes on like water, so it does make a mess on the floor, then you wipe the chain dry. That done leave over night. The drive chain was silent and didn't seem to attract and trail dust at all. Get around 100 miles before reapplication is needed. So far I'm impressed with this product but time will tell if it continues to perform now we're going into Autumn
