Giro Switchblade MIPS MTB Helmet
The Giro Switchblade MIPS is a fully ASTM downhill certified full face helmet with a removable chinbar. The Switchblade is completely optimised for the descent, certified to CPSC, EN-1078 and AMST-1952-DH both with and without the chinbar.
Simply push the buttons under the chinbar and rotate up to remove, it’s as easy as that to convert the Switchblade from a full face to an open face helmet. The Switchblade features the all new Roc Loc Air DH fit system which features a bumper around the dial to prevent accidental adjustments that could be caused by a backpack or a neck brace, and also aids in keeping you cool. When you’re riding with the chin guard off the wind tunnel cheek pad ventilation adds even more cooling power ensuring you don’t overhear on the climbs. When your riding style is all about descending, your helmet should be too. With full DH certification and a functional removable chinguard that is easy to operate,
