The Sidi Ergo 3 features the ultra-light carbon vent sole, providing optimum stiffness without compromising blood circulation to the foot. The upper is constructed from lightweight and breathable Lorica and Nylon mesh. Sidi's micro adjust Caliper Buckle closure is combined with the Soft Instep Closure System which distributes pressure evenly over the arch area and is adjustable from both sides for perfect centering. This is backed up by the Tecno II adjustment system and High Security Velcro closures which integrate locking polymer teeth which engage into each other when the strap is closed. This makes the Velcro closure more secure and eliminates movement in the strap. A reinforced Sidi Heel with adjustable retention device keeps the foot in position and avoids the shoe being deformed by extreme performance or prolonged pressure. The sole is drilled for standard road cleats and features a 10mm vertical and horizontal alignment scale, along with provision for the Look memory eyelet for easy setup. A replaceable rubber heel pad ensures longevity - allowing you to remove and replace with just a Phillips screwdriver. The thin design of the sole also serves to bring the foot closer to the pedal, improving pedaling efficiency and giving a more natural feel.
