About 3T

3T Ergonova sets a new standard in comfort riding. The top of the bar is egg-shaped in section – the longer radius provides a wider top surface for the hands. The egg shape rolls through 180 degrees at the bend into the forward extension, placing the palms naturally onto the brake hoods and ergonomic drops. 3t developed this compact new shape in close consultation with pro and leisure riders, to provide day-long comfort on the bike. The Ergonova Team has constant-thickness carbon-fibre walls and is suitable for most types of clip-on bars.

3T Team components are intended for top-level competition, and is widely used by professional and amateur racers. Team products equal to Ltd  in function, but have minor concessions to price in materials specification and finish.

Team components are built either in advanced carbon-composite materials, or the highest grades of heat-treated aluminium alloy. This gives them great strength and robustness, so they are especially suitable for the rough-and-tumble of season-long competition. Bolts and fixings may be stainless-steel or titanium. You’ll find the widest choice of fittings and sizes in the Team range.

3T is a venerable name in Italian cycling. The company’s founder Mario Dedioniggi was celebrated for his pioneering use of new, lighter materials – in his day, aluminum alloys. 3T became the go-to company for breakthrough components that win races.

In 2007, 3T embarked on a major program of investment in advanced design and engineering. Since then, they have renewed the entire product range with components that exceed pro racers' every demand.
