Want a great downhill destroyer with a good quality frame, high end spec but don't want the hefty price tag? Well i give to you, the Scott Gambler 20. the mid-ranged Gambler in the 2014 range, looks much like Brendan (Brendog) Fairclough's World Cup 2013 Gambler 10 but isn't quite.

With the Shimano Zee drivetrain and Shimano M615 brakes, Fox 40 forks at the front offering 203mm of wrist saving travel and a Fox VAN RC rear shock with 210mm of impact cushioning travel, you know that it can handle the toughest of tracks at the greatest of speeds. Whilst being a serious downhill racer, you can also have fun whilst chucking it around the bikeparks.

Imagine; you're 3 seconds up at the split and your chain comes off!! Heart broken!! Well you don't have to worry because E-Thirteen have kitted the Gambler out with their LG-1 chainguide to keep it on the straight and narrow.

Scott have added additional fork bumpers and downtube protector to keep this beautiful frame safe from the dreaded rocks below and to stop the forks damaging the frame if you crash.

Take the next step in racing and give yourself a slightly unfair advantage.

This frame design keeps all the weight centered and low between the rider's ankles. This makes direction changes faster and more efficient because the bike's mass is pivoting around the centre. In addition, this low and centered weight aids in cornering stability. The mass mimics the weight shift of a rider in a corner on the vertical axis.

The floating link creates a progressive feeling suspension with an almost direct compression of the shock, minimizing DU bush rotation. This increases shock bushing life and improves small bump sensitivity.
