The ultimate roof mounted cycle carrier, the Thule 591 ProRide sets new standards, allowing for secure and easy transport of a single bike. Featuring an innovative and convenient remote fixing design the 591 eliminates the need to stretch up and secure the bike along the downtube, instead a rotary wheel enables this to be done at roof height and without struggle, particularly on taller cars such as MPV's and 4x4's. The system aids safe loading and unloading whilst a locking system attaches the bike, carrier and car together to deter theft (1 key option available).

Quick release wheel straps are designed to accommodate all wheel dimensions, enabling all types of bike to fit securely, from lightweight road racers to chunky downhill rigs. The attractive aluminium construction is lightweight and also immune from corrosion, and coupled with Thule's traditionally high build quality (TUV and City Crash approved) ensures the 591 will last a lifetime, Backed by a 5 year guarantee.

Fitting:
The Thule 591 is designed to mount onto Thule Aero or standard roof bars (T-Track option available with Aero bars), but will also fit the majority of OEM and square bars.

Requires a complete roof bar system for fitment, comprising of a footpack, vehicle specific fitting kit and load bars.

"The Thule Pro ride oozes quality, and proved rapid to remove and refit. With three quick-release levers, two locks, a 20kg limit and five-year warranty it’s clear a lot of thought has gone into it. Sliding wheel trays make positioning a breeze, and long wheel straps with thick rubber pads grip the rims... The clamp is genius: just lean the frame into the open jaws and tighten the lockable, roof-height knob. A button acts as a quick release, making for super-fast dismounts. The Thule is proof that you get what you pay for."

Thule Aero bars are available as an optional upgrade over the standard square bars. Constructed from aluminium and featuring an aerodynamic shape, the Aero bars allow for reduced weight and drag, whilst the attractive design complements a number of Thule load carriers, giving a premium look that fits in perfectly with modern car design.

All Aero bars feature a T-Track system running along the width of the bar, it enables certain Thule load carriers to slide across the roof into position, reducing installation and adjustment time significantly. It also allows positioning outboard of the footpack, effectively increasing the carrying capacity of your roof.
